1st & 3rd Mondays of each month, except July.

See you August 17th our start of a new season. Beginning in September thru December our Educaltional Series will be focusing on "The Importance of  Maintaning Healthy Lifestyles for Caregivers,"  reaffirming the Principals of  Nutrition, Hydration, Movement, Stress Reduction, Heart & Brain Health, Chronic Disease Management, Cognitive  Resilience, and emotional well-being.

Guest presenters include:

1) Coach Robert Moore, the Patrician Group
2) Crystal Wooden, “Better Days Are Coming,”  an educational guide on accessing local resources on aging, health, and social services.
2) Elissa Erman, RN, Mind, Body, & Soul Wellness, and
3) Alzheimer's Community Care 
4) Total Body Fitness w/Rosa Showers

Activities include - Juicing, Gardening, Music Bingo, and lots of Food, Fun, and cultural celebrations.
